I appreciate you are taking the time to read this because I am a little bit frustrated, not with the plugin but with me not being able to figure this thing out…

I have wordpress installed in my main domain. I have a theme there that gives me exactly what I need for my launch and my sales page (my product is a membership site).

The problem comes when people pay, because the membership site is in a subdomain. I have a theme there that is clean and has what I need to show the products in the membership site.

How do I do this? I mean when they pay they are going to create their username and password but the problem is that the membership site is in another installation.

I really appreciate your help, with your experience what should I do?

A sub-domain is a different domain so you need to install eStore on that WordPress install. What plugin are you using as your membership plugin?

I am using both eStore and your membership plugin. I know a subdomain is a different install so if someone buys in my subdomain they won’t be able to access the other installation.

How can I make it work?

    Thanks

You need to install the WP eStore plugin on the same WordPress install as your WP eMember plugin (there is nothing wrong with installing eStore on both WordPress installs).

I am guessing you have a landing page on your main site. Simply place a button or link on this landing page that takes the visitor to a page on your sub-domain with the “Buy” button. This way when they make the payment everything happens on the sub-domain.
