Hi There!
I use lightbox ultimate to play MP3s on my site. I use the following code and it works great in Firefox. Safari is sometimes slow but it works ok. Internet Explorer seems to be extremely buggy and my clients are complaining that it does not work. iOS does not play at all.
Have I done anything wrong in order to allow this to work in all browsers? Especially IE and iOS? Any advise / help is appreciated!

Hi, the audio is not playing on any browser. I just checked the console and the page still have some JavaScript errors. You should probably take care of those errors coming from other plugins: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/lightbox-ultimate-debugging-javascript-errors
I have copied the exact shortcode on our test site and it’s working fine.

OK, thanks. I have tested it on a test page and yes it works on iOS however I use a plugin called WP-Client which allows people to access members only content. The Plugin seems to be stopping the audio from playing on iOS and IE.
Are you familiar with WP-Client and do you have any ideas on how I can fix this?

Hi, I’m not aware of that plugin. But if this error is caused by some kind of bad coding practice I’m afraid the developer of that plugin will need to fix it.
Hi There, I am using the following short code but I am having problems getting a playlist to play on an iPhone / iPad. I can get a single video working but the playlist does not load. It all works on desktops, but not on iOS. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, can you please embed a YouTube playlist using the “direct embed” option? I just want to make sure that it’s not a lightbox issue.
I would like to run one more test. Can you please embed your playlist using the following code (Switch to “text” mode before pasting the code):
