Hello,
I would like to know how to manage returned customer.
The flow:
a customer buy a product -> checkout through manual checkout (OK no problem)
he/she come back to buy another product -> checkout again through manual checkout and have to fill out SAME form as before.
Q: Is there anyway to make him/her doesn’t have to fill out the same form? Can there be a simple check box she/he can check to let the system know that she/he is a returning customer? so my client only have to click the “proceed” button.
Need assistance.

Hi, This is something that requires a user management component (you need to be able to store a profile of the user on your site so you can identify them when they return). If you are using eMember which is used to mange members/users you can do this.
