Hi, I don’t have a problem, just a question about how to do it, and if it is possible:
I am offering a membership site and use eStore and eMember. The option “recurring billing count” works fine, as long as I want the members to stay in the same membership level, say for 3 months.
However, say I have a member who want to switch from Level 1 to Level 2 within a shorter period than the billing period for Level 1, and he pays for that new level. Then I don’t want the system to keep charging my client for Level 1, after yet another month. Can I set the plugin to know that the member has switched levels, and make it continue the billing period count from the new billing date of Level 2?
A related question: Can I set the plugin to automatically switch from level 1 to level 2 to level 3 etc, after each billing period?

No. Your customer will need to manually cancel their subscription payments with PayPal if they upgrade to a new membership level with another subscription payment scheme. Or you can do it for them too. eMember also lets you create a subscription cancellation button that your members can use to cancel a subscription.

The eMember plugin has an “auto upgrade” feature which you can use to set the period for each membership level before the member is automatically upgraded to the next level.
Note: that eMember does not have any connection or link to the “billing” period which you set in eStore and hence you will need to configure this separately in eMember.
