In wp photo seller I can easily handle manually paid orders within the plugin settings… but how this is done in estore? Someone orders goods and checks out manually? Where is this order registred? Where can I check the pending orders? How can I release the goods when the clients payment has arrived? How can I release the download link as soon as the payment has been done?

I use the eStore Order management. When I receive the manual payment from the client I edit the pending order to paid. Then an email is sent to me as the seller but no email is sent to the buyer.

    Where can I set this?

Set the status to “Manual Co Paid” from the order management and it will send the email to the buyer and the seller (just like it does when you receive a payment via PayPal). The link @wzp shared with you earlier has info on it.

thank You for Your reference. Of course I read this doc already before. The procedure itself works fine. It was only the mail to the buyer which did not work. —> But now it works, although I did not change anything… after I closed my Wp backend and my bowser and reopened a new edit session… then the sending of the buyer’s mail worked suddenly :-)

Where can I edit the text in this email? Obviously it’s not the text which can be edited in the email settings resp. in the manual payment settings.

You can customize that final sale notification email from the following interface:

eStore Settings -> Email Settings -> Buyer Email Body
