Hi,
Most of my products are subscriptions, and I’ve noticed that I only receive an email from my website when a sale is done.
So eStore creates a PayPal subscription, and PayPal continues to charge the money every month. Of course, PayPal sends an email confirming payment.
However, I would like that a couple of email addresses received a notification of subsequent payments. How can I make PayPal communicate with the plugin so that, once PayPal make a subsequent charge, it notifies the plugin, so that the plugin notifies these two emails?
I also would like to see the subsecuent payments on the Manage Customer section, because nothing tell me there that there’s a subscription and they are still paying each month.
Is it possible?

WP eStore settings -> Advanced Settings -> Capture Recurring Payment Sales Data
When PayPal charges a recurring fee, it sends an email so our plugin doesn’t deal with any further email for this. So our plugin doesn’t have any option for that.
We can perhaps do a custom development job for your site to create a solution according to your requirement. If you are interested, use the following option:

I will try this option and will see how it works! As I haven’t seen any difference so far on the Manage Customers screen, I guess I need to wait for next payments to show up.
Will it work for existing subscription, or only for new customers/subscriptions?
And it’s also great to know that I can request for a quote in case I need a custom development job!
Thanks!

MartaJuly 31, 2021 at 4:22 pm #83433adminKeymasterYes, you need to wait for new recurring charges to come in after you activate the feature. Also, the first payment of the subscription is the normal charge. That first payment will have the normal payment status. The subsequent charges will have that other status.

I’m closing the topic now.
Kind regards,
