We are using the Gateway Payment Bundle with the eStore plugin. Since the Gateway Payment Bundle allows us to use PayPal Payment Pro we collect all credit card and billing address information on our website and customers never see the PayPal website.
I need to know how to handle the situation when a customer wants to cancel an order. Can this be done automatically through the Gateway Payment Bundle?
Everything I see about cancelling orders requires customers to interface with the PayPal website. Since our customers never see the PayPal website and in fact they don’t know that we are using PayPal at all.
Under this configuration, what is the recommended process for processing order cancellations?

Hi, you can cancel a PayPal Pro subscription from the Payment Gateway Bundle Settings (Settings->Payment Gateway Bundle->Subscription Settings).
Thanks but this is not what I was asking about. I want know if a customer can automatically cancel their own orders, not the website owner.
If a customer wants to cancel an order what is the process for doing that? Can the do it themselves or do they have to send us an e-mail asking us to do it manually?
They have to sent you an email/contact.
