Hiding the WordPress admin bar for all WP eMember users but Administrators

Dear Support,

I would like to hide the WordPress admin bar for all WP eMember users but Administrators.
I have tried tricks from https://themeisle.com/blog/hide-wordpress-admin-bar/ site but none of them worked.
This situation may arise since we use WP eMember plugin as the main membership system which replicates users to WordPress (to have the ability to use other WordPress plugins which needs user related info).

I have seen the documentation about the “WP eMember Miscellaneous Tweaks” but I don’t know if that’s the correct way to implement this change.
