Autoresponder signup not working with eMember

I have been testing my eMember site and when I register for the free membership (the only one available at the moment) the sign up process works fine but the new signup does not appear in my Getresponse account.

I have put in the Getresponse campaing name and my API Key but still no new signups in the account. I’ve turned ON the API button.

Hi, Please enable debug from the settings menu of the eMember plugin then do a test signup and share the content of the “eMember_debug.log” file so we see what is going wrong.

And now i have another problem, when users login show this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_userdatabylogin() in eMember_auth_utils.php on line 8

How can i fix it?

According to the debug the contact was added to your GetResponse account fine. Did the confirmation email go to your spam folder?

I’ve tried with different emails, with gmail works very well, but with personal domain emails doesn’t work. I don’t understand why.

Doesn’t work meaning it goes to spam or it doesn’t arrive at all?

Your domain email needs to be forwarded by the domain. Is your server blocking it? Have you setup email forwarder for your domain email? When you send a normal email to this domain email do you receive it?
