Hi, I am having two issues. One is that after successfully creating 8 galleries the plugin stopped displaying the photos on the page where the shortcode lives. There is no specific error message only the broken photo icon or just the frame with the alt text. (example kirksgrocery.com/gordon-mcconnell/).
The other issue is that the other galleries are randomly displaying correctly using Firefox. I have tried clearing the cache on the browser. They seem to display correctly using Chrome and on my phone. (example of gallery that displays sometimes on firefox: kirksgrocery.com/stephen-glueckert/ ). This issue started after discovering the first problem. I have tried deleting the gallery and recreating with the same results. I have not altered any of the plugin code.
A few potential causes: some of the titles are long, I enabled and disabled right click since I am still developing the site, and I just purchased and installed the plugin last week so I am new to the environment. I have been copying the previous gallery settings,
I am using WordPress 5.4, WP Photo Seller 2.4.9, Gallery template 6, Gallery selection template 2, and the site is hosted at Dreamhost.
Looksl like there is a security/firewall redirection happening on the image. It may be coming from a security plugin that you have added/configured. Or from some changes made to your site that is invalidating the .htaccess file that our plugin adds (to protect the photos).
The following post has some directions as to what to try. Can you please try deleting that .htaccess file within the “uploads/wp_photo_seller” directory of your site:
