fseek warning

I am getting this warning:

An error occured while trying to stamp the file!

Warning: fseek() [function.fseek]: stream does not support seeking in /home/defendth/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/wp-pdf-stamper/lib/fpdi/pdf_parser.php on line 0

My checker plug in shows all is well with php 5.2.9 and green check marks for iconcube and curl, so why am I getting this?

And the security settings are not showing up in my version, s1.6

Please let me know what else you need from me to get this to work.
