Please do the following and let me know how it goes:
1. Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
2. Load a fresh copy of the plugin(s):
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
3. Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s). The specific update instruction for the plugin in question can be accessed from here:

If it still doesn’t work then please post a link to the page where I can go and see it.
Thanks for the reply.

Hi sorry for the Double Post but i can’t seem to edit my previous post.
anyway,i have updated my my plugin to v7.2.2 but still encountering the same problem. Stuck at reset password screen. link to the site is [http://schoolkid.ph/]
Your forgot password is linking to the wrong page. Please do the following as mentioned in the help text of the forgot password field:
1. Create a new WordPress page (You can give it any name you want)
2. Place the [wp_eMember_password_reset] shortcode in that page.
3. Now specify the URL of that page in the “Password Reset Page” field of eMember settings.
