Fixed date memberships with Pro Rata payment

I’m setting up the WP eMember plugin, and my memberships all begin on the first day of the financial year.

I need to charge a pro-rata payment. For example, joining one month earlier, will only get charged one month. Then they can upgrade to the full years membership upon the start of the financial year.

This means WP eMember would programmatically know how many days are left in the current financial year period, and charge a percentage accordingly.

Is this an option in WP eMember? If not, is there a known Add-On that provides this functionality?

There is no provision to automatically prorate the cost of new memberships. You’d have to manually adjust the cost, every month.
