MemberI requested an update for PFF Stamper and after following instructions – this is what I am getting now when trying to do a manual stamp
Think I will have to find another way of doing this as cannot have it failing.
Thanks

MemberError Code: Fatal error:
The encoded file /home/content/56/8906056/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-pdf-stamper/lib/SetaPDF/Stamper/SetaPDF_Stamper.php is corrupt. in Unknown on line 0
Summary: I did have this working at one time manually only. I had to install the IonCuber Loader myself on Go Daddy – followed instructions. I do not have access to PHPAdmin however and no support from Go Daddy. Also had to change extensions from PHP5FastCGI to PHP5 to get to work – which means that I will probably have problems with other things such as updating Genesis theme.
It never worked through automatic – only manual. Then started giving me Blank page with Title only displayed – Manual Stamping (or similar)
When attempted to do stamping through sales process –> error in email:
Thank you for your purchase!

with PDF stamping (Error code: PDF01). Perform a manual stamping and make
sure the PDF stamper is working on your server.
As well while PDF Stamper is activated the Sales emails are not all received – To Seller – Notification of Product Sale
OR to Purchaser – Thank you for the purchase – with Link to download. Once deactivated the messages flow – so as if stuck in queue. I have tried both WordPress email and PHP email process.
Also reviewed all plugins I have. Nothing new installed
Reviewed the PHP5.ini as well – all looks as it should be
Minimum requirements validator check plugin installed and reports all set to go.
Have currently deactivated and site is locked – can provide access if email me
Would love to have product working, as very impressed with it so far.
PDF documents are work documents saved as PDF – but did work and doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with the documents themselves
I can try putting the original PDF Stamper files on server in place of new download that is receiving error now and won’t work at all — but will leave as is until advised.
Thanks!!

KeymasterGoDaddy’s shared hosting can be a little deadly at times (just my experience). What is the allocated PHP memory for this hosting account?

MemberWhere do I find the allocated PHP memory amount ? I also suspect memory allocation to be the issue.
Thanks

KeymasterThis is specified in the php.ini file.

Member8 mb. Don’t think the error message has anything to do with processing however. The other issues may
When I try to change it doesn’t allow me to run at all. It was working manually previously – however now cannot even activate the plugin as getting error message as above
The encoded file /home/content/56/8906056/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-pdf-stamper/lib/SetaPDF/Stamper/SetaPDF_Stamper.php is corrupt. in Unknown on line 0
If we get past this – possibly can deal with other?
Thanks

KeymasterWhen a file is corrupt you need to load a fresh build of the plugin to get around it:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
Make sure to use the WordPress’s plugin uploader so that the file is uploaded in a binary mode (this will prevent file corruption during the upload). If you are using a FTP program make sure to set the transfer mode to binary otherwise a file can get corrupted during the upload.
