Hi
For some reason there are extra spaces between the price of my products and quanity for all of the products in the store? Where can I fix this at?
Thanks
September 22, 2012 at 11:57 pm #49574adminKeymasterpost a link to the page where you this is happening so I can view it.
September 23, 2012 at 3:03 pm #49575techsavvychicMemberHi this is happening for my products (photos) listed with the NextGen gallery add on and for the products (DVD) where I use the eStore gallery. Here is a link:

September 24, 2012 at 2:57 am #49576adminKeymasterThank you for the link. Can you please try loading a fresh copy of the plugin and tell me if you see any difference?

September 24, 2012 at 12:56 pm #49577techsavvychicMemberHi I did a fresh install. I deactivated old plugin and deleted it then uploaded new version 6.9.1 via FTP Binary and I still have the spaces.
Thanks
September 24, 2012 at 1:10 pm #49578techsavvychicMemberWhen I took a look in Firebug by removing the < br > it corrected the problem. Here is what Firebug showed:
[<object class=”eStore_button_object”>
<form class=”eStore-button-form” onsubmit=”return ReadForm1(this, 1);” style=”display:inline” action=”” method=”post”>
<p></p>
</object>
</p>]
Which file can I find this in and I will just manually remove the break.
September 24, 2012 at 11:40 pm #49579adminKeymasterI can’t see that
<br>
code in the plugin code of the latest version. Did you delete the existing version of the plugin and then uploaded the new one to make sure there wasn’t a file overwriting issue?I see you are using caching plugin. Did you empty all the cache after the update?
September 25, 2012 at 11:37 am #49580techsavvychicMemberYes I deactivated the original plugin>then deleted it>then uploaded the new version. I emptied the cache a few times after the update and I still have the spaces.
September 25, 2012 at 1:11 pm #49581PeterMemberHave you tried a little test where you revert your theme temporarily to twentyten or twentyeleven to see if your current theme is perhaps inserting a line-break?
September 25, 2012 at 4:25 pm #49582techsavvychicMemberI just did that and the spaces are gone so it’s coming from my theme obviously. Is there something I can do to correct the issue?
September 26, 2012 at 2:55 am #49583adminKeymasterYour theme is automatically inserting paragraph and the
<br>
tags for some reason.Can you do the following:
1) Create a new WP Page
2) Go to the HTML view of this page.
3) Place the following shortcode on this page (correct the product ID value):
[wp_eStore_fancy1 id=1]
4) Now publish this page
5) When you view this page in the browser, what do you see?
September 26, 2012 at 12:21 pm #49584techsavvychicMemberIt still has the spaces when I follow the above instructions.
October 16, 2012 at 5:34 pm #49585techsavvychicMemberHi
Do you happen to have any other suggestions that I can try to get the spaces removed between prices and quanity? Thanks
October 17, 2012 at 4:27 am #49586adminKeymasterHi, If this was coming from the eStore plugin then we could have helped you. This is most likely coming from your theme or another plugin. Did you do this test to see which one it is?
