Extend Membership One Additional Month

Hi,

Is there a way that I can extend a member’s account for an additional 30 days? I read related posts and have not been able to accomplish this. When I change the member’s expiry date and also change the subscription start date, I receive a message that the member’s user name cannot be changed. Is there a way that I can update the account to offer an additional 30 days?

Just extend the Start Date, into the future by 30 days:

Okay, so when I move the start date 30 days in the future, which will be June 14 instead of when they signed up on May 14; will the member still be able to access the account now in May?

It should still work. When a person logs in, we check to make sure the account hasn’t been expired. We don’t try to catch membership time paradoxes.
