    Hello,

I tried searching the forum but I can’t get the search to work. It wants me to login each time and I am already logged in so I apologize if this question is already available.

When a customer purchases a product and their address, phone, email, etc. is captured in wp eStore, is there a way to export this information? Or better yet, if you have wp eStore connected to Mailchimp, is this information captured in Mailchimp?

    Warmest,

    Angee

Yes, you can export this data. The data is kept in a table called “wp_eStore_customer_tbl”. You should be able to go to your PHPMyAdmin tool and export the data however you want it. This article should come in handy:

Only the name and email address is sent to mailchimp. Regarding the forum login trouble:

I figured out what it is :)

Anyway, now when I try to export the table, even though there are hundreds of people in the database, it exports with no data. Even inside PHPMyAdmin, the ‘browse’ button is ghosted out.

    Any ideas?
