Expired and Inactive members still showing up on the Members List

Hi there,

I included a page on my site for the members list. The reason being that I want all members to be able to locate and communicate with like-minded members.

I find that the list shows inactive and expired members, but I don’t want it to do that. Is there a way I can have the list show only active members?

Yup. I’m using: eMember Profile Extended Addon v2.0

Add the following parameter in the shortcode to only list the active members:

status=”active”

Here is an example shortcode:

[emember_extended_summary_list fields=”user_name,first_name,last_name” levels=”2″ status=”active”]

On the other side of the coin, how do I list expired/inactive members. I tried status=”inactive”, but return No items found.

Also is there a full list of parameters and their acceptable values available for this add-on? It would come in handy.

Yes, that status=”inactive” should also work. If you go to the members menu, do you see any member records with the “inactive” status? What is the full shortcode that you are using?

I see, under Members Menu I don’t have inactive status. I do have expired status. I put in the shortcode filtered on expired status and it works. How’s a member becomes inactive?

When I load the Member List, the list is displayed. But below the Footer bar, there is an error message:
