When purchase is made everything seems to be working fine, except they are not being added to the Get Response list. Under the eStore settings I have clicked the “Enable GetResponse Integration” box and copy and pasted my GetResponse API Key from Get Response within My Account>Integrations>GetResponse API I have also put the status slider to on. Then, under “manage products” in the eStore for the product I copy and pasted my list name into the autoresponder settings tab. I verified the name and API key.
I searched on the forums and found the information that stated to install a fresh version of the plugin. I deactivated and deleted the first one. Then, loaded and activated the new one that I received by providing my email and transaction number. However, it is still not working.
See the debug file below. I see where it says failure, but have rechecked my campaigns and API several times.

December 17, 2014 at 12:32 am #67474adminKeymasterYour campaign name (tacreatingtrueagape) looks wrong. The plugin is failing to find this campaign name in your account. Double check all your getresponse data you entered in the plugin for typo.
December 17, 2014 at 1:43 pm #67475CassieMemberI have done so several times. I just checked again. Also, I have a different campaign set for a different product which does the same thing.
I saw on a different forum tread (that I can not locate now) that said something about if you have the wrong email address selected it can cause this to happen. Can you tell me more about that? What emails have to match? I know my wordpress dashboard has an email. The plugin has email settings. And you can choose different emails for each Get Response campaign. Wondering if the ones that need to be the same are not.
December 17, 2014 at 11:40 pm #67476adminKeymasterI don’t think the emails will matter. Do the following:
1) Just for testing, turn off the other plugin that also does GetResponse stuff
2) Now, do steps 1-4 from the following page:
3) Post the URL of that page so I can do couple of checks.
December 18, 2014 at 1:18 am #67477CassieMemberHere is the squeeze page url: [http://trueagape.net/test/]
When I filled in the form I did receive the email and the download worked. The email was not added to the Get Response list. However this came up on my site where the form was:
Warning: array_keys() [function.array-keys]: The first argument should be an array in /home/content/72/3966072/html/trueagape/wp-content/plugins/wp-cart-for-digital-products/eStore_auto_responder_handler.php on line 183

December 18, 2014 at 1:32 am #67478adminKeymasterThe getresponse API is returning some kind of error. I should be able to jump on your site and get more data about what Getresponse is really complaining about. I have sent you an email for it.
January 3, 2015 at 9:43 pm #67479adminKeymasterTurned out that the GetResponse API key that was entered in the plugin settings was invalid.
