eStore- warning message appears when I click on shopping cart to add in post

I just installed Estore and adjusted the settings as per videos… then wanted to add a product into page to test and rather than the options of the cart appearing in the box, this message appears:

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘ot_after_theme_options_save’ not found or invalid function name in /home/tinvan3/innerdelight.com/wp/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 429

I am using WP latest version and using Hueman Theme.

Any suggestions?

Hello, This looks like a theme issue actually. Can you please do the theme test mentioned here:

https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/test-to-identy-a-conflicting-theme-or-plugin

Basically, you change your theme to one of WordPress default themes i.e. Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen etc to see if you still get the same error. If you don’t then you know that it is a theme related issue and you should report it to the developer.

hi, thanks for the quick reply! I tested in other theme and it works, so I contacted the developer.

This was reply: “It seems like there is an issue with OptionTree, the framework that runs in the background for the theme, rather than the theme code itself.”

Any suggestions?…

Hello innerdelight, it is very good that they let you know that the framework has an issue. The next question that you should ask them is, what is the solution? How can you upgrade or fix OptionTree framework?

We know for sure that it is not an issue from our plugin.

I am facing the same problem as you did 3 month ago. (a conflict between estore Plugin and the latest hueman theme, even the same error code)Glad that I have found your post. Did you find a solution to the problem? Hope you get informed about me posting here.

Since the OptionTree framework is embedded into the theme; maybe you could approach the theme developer and ask if they ever resolved the issue:

If the theme developer hasn’t resolved the issue, then you might have to approach the OptionTree framework developer:

[http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/option-tree]

One good sign, is that OptionTree was updated more recently than Hueman.
