estore – video download links not working after purchase

Hi

We are having trouble with our digital products that contain video. The links created by wp-estore only work for approx every third purchase.

Our videos are stored on our bluehostserver – these links works fine.

Also regenerated links do not work.

What could be the problem?

How to Test WP eStore Plugin's Encrypted Download System on Your Site

If after doing the above you haven’t been able to resolve the problem, can you please enable debug and perform another test transaction and then share the output of the ipn_handle_debug.log and eStore_post_payment_debug.log files.

When you say “the links created by wp-estore only work for approx every third purchase,” you mean “work” when you request them, or when you click on them?
