We re-installed a new version of estore on a clean page. We can delete products but cannot add or edit them. There isn’t an error message, it just doesn’t take. [http://wholistichealthtoday.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-cart-for-digital-products/wp_eStore1.php]
to see the issue click on #82 edit and change the price. Click Save Product. You’ll see no change.
click on #32 edit, under Additional Product Details scroll down to Collect Customer Input. Uncheck Field Label box to get rid of the box. Click Save Product. You’ll see it hasn’t changed.
Please Help! We need this done ASAP as the registration needs to begin right away, so if we have to pay to have something fixed, let us know. Thanks for your prompt response!
Hi, probably the downloaded file was corrupted or the upgrade process didn’t occur. please deactivate and delete the current version. Now install a fresh copy of the plugin (Using the WordPress Plugin Uploader) and activate it: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins

if we deactivate, delete and reinstall will we lose all the data we’ve entered? We’re so close to going live with our registration process I’d hate to have to re-enter it all again. Is there another way? Thanks so much!
