estore – suddenly no one receives emails with download links

Hi,

everything with estore has been working fine for quite some time, but recently, We have been bombarded with emails about the customers not receiving download links for their purchases.

Nothing has been changed on the site so it seems very unusual to just start happening now.

any help is greatly appreciated
