Hi,

Special characters aren’t viewable in the titles sent on the Thank You page and by email to the customer.

Example: Laurin vs Bélair looks like this: Laurin vs B�lair

How can I fix that?

Your PayPal profile is also not set to send the payment notification in UTF-8. This post will explain what to do:
