eStore shortcodes in editor grayed out. I can still click it and I get a blank popup box (completely empty dialog box. Lightbox Ultimate acts the same except the icon is not grayed out, but clicking it get the same blank dialog.
I found the lightbox shortcodes here: http://lightbox.tipsandtricks-hq.com/lightbox-ultimate-documentation/, but the popup insert box sure is the way to go.
Related question: Your instruction video says check FlowPlayer. There is a note about owning FlowPlayer. I went to their website and I am confused. Do I need flowplayer on my computer? On my customer’s computers? This will be a problem if so. Customers don’t like to download new software when they already have capable players.
Lightbox also mentions javascript and FireFox v 52 and higher no longer support Javascript.
June 14, 2017 at 3:33 am #75875wzpModeratorLoad a fresh new copy of eStore then try again:

For eStore, there’s also a free addon to insert shortcodes:

FlowPlayer resides on your server, and the site visitor is not required to do anything. The Lightbox Ultimate plugin comes with a “free” version of FlowPlayer. The “paid” version allows you to de-brand the player.
June 15, 2017 at 9:43 pm #75876MagicTHSpectatorI downloaded fresh plugins.
I deactivated some TinyMCE addons I had just to check. No change.
I deactivated and deleted eStore and LightBox.
I reinstalled Lightbox. This fixed the lightbox shortcode button in TinyMCE.
I then reinstalled eStore. No change. Blank dialog box.
I installed estore-shortcode-inserter-ui.zip, but that just gave me 2 buttons, both producing blank boxes. Deactivated and deleted this.
I installed eStore-extra-shortcodes.zip. No change.
SUGGESTIONS?
June 16, 2017 at 2:00 am #75877adminKeymasterWordPress 4.8 made some TinyMCE changes which is causing some issues with the TinyMCE button.
However, we have now updated our plugins so if you are using the latest version of the plugins you should be fine.
I will jump on your site to take a look. I have sent you an email.
June 20, 2017 at 2:47 am #75878adminKeymasterThe cache needed to be emptied. After loading a new copy of the plugin and emptying the cache worked.
