Please share the URL of your product page and tell me what I can do on that page to see the issue. This will allow me to see your setup and guess where things are going wrong.

2. Click on the “Continue Shopping” link located in the sidebar shopping cart. Repeat the film selection as done in step 1.
3. Accept the Terms and Conditions. Click on the PayPal button to start the checkout process.

This web site sells both DVD’s and Digital downloads. What I have done:
PayPal Shipping Profile by weight has been selected.
Verified that “Use the shipping fee in the transaction instead of my calculator’s settings” option is activated for each of my shipping profiles.
Set the weight of the physical DVD’s to 0.25 lbs.
Set the weight of the digital downloads to 0.01 lbs
Set the shipping profile to be that any product that weighs less than 0.24 lbs the shipping fee is 0.00. Any product weighing above 0.25 lbs is charged a shipping the rate of which depends on their location.
In the shipping tab of each DVD product, the shipping cost is set to 0.001. Without this setting PayPal will not show the box to calculate shipping on single DVD orders.
In the shipping tab of the digital products, the shipping fee is set to 0.00. I have also tried leaving this blank but it did not seem to have an effect.
The issue does not happen with single film digital purchases.
The shipping does not appear in the sidebar shopping cart. However, when on PayPal the “select a destination Zip” field does appear.
We are using version WP eStore Version 6.9.7.2 with WP 3.6. However, the issue existed with version 3.5 of WP.
Thanks for taking a look!
September 7, 2013 at 5:11 am #49416adminKeymasterThank you. I see the issue now… you have specified a weight value in your digital items. A digital item is not suppose to have any weight value.
So please edit your digital items and make the “Item Weight” value 0 or empty. Save the item then let me know how you go.
To summarize, you only need to specify a value of “0” in the Item Shipping Cost field for the digital items (no need to specify any weight value for them given your scenario).

Ruhul, thank you for your help tracking this issue down, and for incorporating the solution into future versions of the eStore core.
Yet another example of outstanding product support.
