we have a £2 addition for each order. We have 0.001 in all the item shipping costs and 2 in the Base shipping cost.
We have some orders where the £2 has not been added – but if I buy the same products the £2 is added.
We do not use caching.
This happens infrequently and we can see no cause. Any suggestions?
We are on version 6.9.1 and WordPress 3.8
