I cannot stop recurrent payments from a product I created in WP eStore. I created a product for $9.95 per month but later decided that I did not want to offer it – but unfortunately after a customer clicked on it and paid for it. I deleted the product in WP eStore and tried to change every setting I could think of to try and disable this but each month on the 2nd, the client’s credit card is charged again through PayPal. You should go into your PayPal profile and cancel it there.
Although, with their recent redesign, the steps may be different.
