When I type in the product specific instruction section of the product, whatever I type in there doesn’t save. It says the Product updated, but when I check nothing is in the box. When I run a test purchase, the email doesn’t display the buyer specific instructions. I have deactivated, deleted and then reuploaded the plugin. Problem still persists.
I am able to add products in general. AS LONG AS I don’t put anything in the product specific instruction section. If I put anything in there, the product doesn’t save.
Running the latest version of WordPress.

Kind regards
January 7, 2014 at 9:12 pm #60165balemarMemberNo problem. Here you go.
“I’m so excited to be your right hand woman! I’ll be in touch soon with more details!
In the meantime, please make sure to schedule your first session if you haven’t done so already. Here’s the link: [link-to-a-page]
Woohoo! Let’s do this!”
Obviously that’s not the actual link in there, but this is what it says.
When I create a product, I’m able to put in “TEST TEST”. But not the above. And I can’t even get “test test” to save on existing products. Maybe I should designate the link as the product link? And write 1 paragragh instead of how it’s displayed now?

eStore – product edits not saving – new product info not saving
Let us know if that helps you.
Kind regards
January 7, 2014 at 11:25 pm #60167adminKeymasterDid you recently upgrade the plugin on this site? From what you have explained, this issue look to be the following:
Can you try what it says in the above post?
January 7, 2014 at 11:34 pm #60168balemarMemberI’ve already changed it to define(‘WP_ESTORE_DO_NOT_CHECK_URL_VALIDITY’, ‘1’); in eStore_advanced_configs.php
And I tried deactivating the other plugins. As well as updating the estore with both of the update methods… Still doesn’t work.
I’m able to edit the products and put in “test test test” in the product specific instructions – it saves, but I’m not able to put in any variation of the following:
“I’m so excited to be your right hand woman! I’ll be in touch soon with more details! In the meantime, please make sure to schedule your first session if you haven’t done so already.”
I tried it as a paragraph itself. With and without the link.
Is there some kind of character limit or things that don’t display in the product specific instructions section that I’m not aware of? Is it an issue with the latest version of WordPress not playing nicely with the eStore plugin?
January 7, 2014 at 11:37 pm #60169adminKeymasterIts a text field so there should be no character limit. I will take a look at your site to see what is going on (I have sent you an email for it).
January 7, 2014 at 11:50 pm #60170balemarMemberJust shot the form over! Thanks!
