Hello,
I read through the other post on this but I can’t seem to figure this out.
I have the following short codes on my page:
[wp_eStore_fancy1 id=1]
[wp_eStore_fancy1 id=2]
[wp_eStore_cart_fancy1]
The product show, but there is no cart before or after clicking on the add to cart button.
Here is the test page: [jdrfoundation.org/t-shirts]
I also tried adding the cart to the sidebar using the widget. The widget does display but nothing gets added.
I also tried this in a post (no sidebar) but had the same issue.
Thanks for your help!

Are you using any page caching plugin on your site? If so, which ones?
August 23, 2020 at 1:33 am #80890adminKeymasterAlso, it looks like your theme is not WP5.5 compatible so it is causing a JavaScript error. You can use the following to see the error I am talking about:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/debugging-javascript-errors-on-your-site
This error from your theme will prevent some of the javascript related features of other plugins (including our WP eStore’s functionality). So you should contact the theme developer and get an update from them.

September 1, 2020 at 9:51 pm #80892mjriellyMemberOkay. Theme is now updated. I still cannot get items to go into the shopping cart. Although the Shopping Cart does now display (it did not before the update). When I click on add to cart the cart never updates.
I also cleared WP cache. Any tips? Thanks!

Did you configure WP Super Cache according to these instructions?
September 2, 2020 at 9:45 pm #80894mjriellyMemberThose settings are a little different now. But yes. And no, it is still not working. I have the cart on the page and NOT in the sidebar like the video shows. Maybe that is the issue.
September 2, 2020 at 10:19 pm #80895wzpModeratorIf you DISABLE your WP Super Cache plugin, is the result different?
September 2, 2020 at 11:47 pm #80896mjriellyMemberNope. Page refreshes but the Cart still says shopping cart empty
September 3, 2020 at 12:16 am #80897mjriellyMemberUpdate. I am convinced it is still the theme. I just installed the plugin on another site with no issues. AND that theme is also out of date.
Thanks for your help!
