eStore – product name doesn't show properly in Chinese

Hi! I have installed WP eStore yesterday, and when I added a new product which the name is in Chinese, after I saved it, the product name shows question marks. I searched the problem online and translated the eng.php file in Chinese and saved it in utf-8, then I uploaded it, but the problem is still exsit someone helps!

and I also set my Paypal account encoding to utf-8, and tried to re-installed the WP eStore Plugin，they total don’t help.

The problem might be that your MySQL database is using the wrong character set:
