eStore problem with the downloadable option

Hello,

I am having problems with the downloadable option in the eStore. When this is clicked to make the file encrypted the file shows nothing in it when my customers try to download the file. When I un click this option the file downloads just fine, but then it is not anonymous.

This option was working before but just started doing this in the past months.

a) What part of the product isn’t working?

the downloadable option. The customer gets a link but when tries to download the product it says zero in the file. I turn this off and the file is downloadble but obviously you can see the whole link.

b) What are you trying to achieve?

To encrypt my download file

c) What causes the error to show up?

When I click the box to make the file download encryption

d) What version of the plugin are you using?

WP eStore Settings v 6.9.8.1

e) Provide a link to the exact page where the problem is seen

Its a file. But the file works when I turn off the download option

f) Which product you are using (example: eStore, WP Affiliate Platform, eMember, PDF Stamper etc…)?

After you’ve done that; please try again.

If you are still having difficulties:

Enable the eStore debug logs, reset the logs, and then manually generate a download link, using the Admin Functions. Try using the link, and then, if it doesn’t work, check and post the contents of your download_manager_debug.log file.
