    Hello

    I am able to transact through PayPal but when I get sent to the thank you page I get this message.

    PDT verification failed! Could not verify the authenticity of the payment with PayPal!

    Note that I turned on Payment Data Transfer in the PayPal website payment preferences settings page. Before I turned on PDT I was sent to the thank page but there was no link showing at all.

    I have checked the PDT identity token and it is correct.

    Can you help please?

    Is this a live transaction, or are you trying to use the sandbox? PayPal sandbox testing usually always fails due to a sandbox account setup issue.

    Is that a debug log entry? Please enable all the debug logs, and check to see if the IPN was received. Is the standard post payment processing working which is handled via the IPN process (not PDT). For example: is the transaction data being recorded in the “Manage Customers” menu and sale notification being sent fine?

    Hi, sorry for the delay in replying. The PayPal transaction is working fine now and the Thank you page has the download link which is also working well. However customers are not receiving a link in their order confirmation email.

    Did you remember to place the {product_link} tag into the confirmation email body?
