PayPal profile based shipping is only being applied to one of the three products we are selling on my client’s website. Notably, the one that works properly is on a landing page with a buy now button however that same product plus the two other products on another page with an add to cart button is where PayPal profile shipping is not being added. Your plugin shows I have version 7.1.6 installed. The page with the add to cart buttons is [http://www.drkarenruskin.com/purchase-books/]. The page with the buy now button that works properly is [http://www.drkarenruskin.com/purchase-books/dr-karens-marriage-manual/]. Why is this working in one place and not the other?

December 23, 2014 at 9:34 am #67588EricwinMemberSo I just tried adding 2 books to the cart and it worked fine for me too. Please try adding only one book and you will see that the Paypal profile shipping is not being triggered.
December 23, 2014 at 3:45 pm #67589EricwinMemberWhile I was waiting to hear back from you, I found the following discussion you had with another user who reported a very similar problem:
I found the option you referred to in the PayPal shipping methods and unchecking it appears to have fixed my problem.
I presume I need to uncheck that option for all of the other shipping methods I have defined as well, correct?
December 23, 2014 at 10:49 pm #67590adminKeymasterIf you want PayPal’s profile based shipping to take priority then the “Override shipping methods per transaction” option should be unchecked (this makes it to where even if you specified shipping in the cart, PayPal will ignore those and use the profile based one).
December 24, 2014 at 3:34 pm #67591EricwinMemberSo are you saying that if it is not unchecked, your plug-in is supposed to specify whether or not PayPal profile shipping should be used? If that is what you are saying, either something is wrong in my settings or in your plug-in because as I explained it does not work properly when there was only one item in the shopping cart. I’d much prefer to solve the real problem then to use a workaround that forces PayPal to always use profile shipping. Can you work with me to get this figured out?
December 25, 2014 at 12:03 am #67592adminKeymasterThere is nothing wrong in the plugin. I will go step by step…
First question for you:
1) Do you have the following option in your PayPal account enabled or disabled? (by default it is disabled)
“Override shipping methods per transaction”
Remember, the above option is in your PayPal account (not eStore).
How does your current PayPal profile based shipping table look like? What are the different price brackets?
