If my shopping cart has a single item, the paypal profile based shipping does not trigger the zip code. Add one more (total of two) or more and the zip triggers perfectly. What could be the cause of this?

**Yes, I read the thread about the paypal profile based shipping not including shipping or asking for zip codes. Didn’t help my situation.

How does your shipping table look like on PayPal? Is it based on the number of items or price amount?

Okay, it is acting as if you have the quantity based shipping option also enabled on your PayPal profile. Can you please double check that the quantity based one is disabled for sure? The item quantity based shipping profile takes precedence so need to make sure that one is turned off for your scenario.

Thank you. It looks good to me but the behavior is very weird. Can you please turn off the “Override shipping methods per transaction” option and then tell me if that makes any difference?

I didn’t find an “Override shipping methods per transaction” option, but I did however change the “Use the shipping fee in the transaction instead of my calculator’s settings” option to “No” whereas it was previously checked to yes.

That worked like a charm. Thanks for everything. :)
