I couldn’t find this problem on the forum … my apologies if this is a duplicate.
Upon checkout we are not being redirected to PayPal.

Add to cart button seems to work fine. But when we click “check out with PayPal” we just stay on the same page.
WP eStore v 6.5.0
Using the same modifications we have used successfully at
[http://theeasybible.com/store/]
No other known modifications.
Thanks much in advance for your help … we greatly appreciate.
August 5, 2012 at 11:03 pm #48089adminKeymasterPlease try loading a fresh build of eStore first:

Let me know how you go after that.
August 9, 2012 at 1:00 am #48090DA50guyMemberWe deployed this with our main site and it worked fine. We wanted to use it on this site as well. When I deactivate, delete, reinstall and activate the plugin as provided above, the transfer to PayPal works fine. But, as soon as I download (Filezilla, binary mode) the eStore_advanced_configs.php file and replace the 0 with Wisconsin residents check here and upload (Filezilla, binary mode) the altered file — I get the Wisconsin sales tax added, but I cannot then transfer to PayPal. If I try again and don’t click for Wisconsin sales tax, I still cannot transfer to PayPal upon clicking the “checkout with PayPal” button.
This is the only modification I made to the php file:
define(‘WP_ESTORE_APPLY_TAX_FOR_CERTAIN_AREA’, ‘Wisconsin residents check here’);
What am I doing wrong?
August 10, 2012 at 12:40 am #48091adminKeymasterYou still have some old files in this site which means some files didn’t get overwritten correctly. Please make sure you totally clear any trace of eStore files from this site then upload a fresh copy of eStore.
August 10, 2012 at 8:05 pm #48092DA50guyMemberTried it all over again. Got the same results. This time I documented everything in screenshots here:

Same build, same modifications work fine with theeasybible.com – I think we’re on the same server – not sure why it wouldn’t work with this.
Thanks much in advance for unraveling this.
August 11, 2012 at 11:18 pm #48093adminKeymasterLooks like you did everything correctly. I sent you an email to get access so I can check it out.
August 12, 2012 at 7:48 am #48094adminKeymasterNot sure why but you still had old files left in the system. I just loaded a fresh copy of the plugin via the WordPress plugin uploader and it is working fine for me. Please check it out yourself.
