estore – not sending confirmation messages when someone signs up

I’m using eStore and eMember. Having an issue where confirmation messages aren’t being sent out when someone signs up. I’ve done all the testing steps in the following posts:

All of a sudden, customers not receiving email confirmation

I’ve tried the email tester, and the SMTP plugin, but I’m still not getting the email messages. What else can I try? Thanks!

Hi, Which SMTP plugin did you install? It should also have a “test email” functionality. Have you tried that option?

Configure SMTP plugin (one of the ones that was listed in one of the other forum posts)

Test mail is designated to go to an email address I don’t have access to, and I don’t see anywhere to change that. It’s not the WP admin email address.

I can give temporary admin access if you need to check settings.

I get the estore purchase confirmation but not the emember registration confirmation with the link to complete the registration and actually access the product.

Try using the Easy WP SMTP plugin. You are probably using the other one.
