MemberWhen I test eStore everything seems to work except the link that’s supposed to be in the Paypal receipt email. Have gone through a number of suggestions on the forum but have not been able to fix the problem. Have tried post payment debug log but I get a blank screen (not sure if I’m using it correctly, however).
thanks…

MemberOk–Went through all the steps and everything checks out. Enabled the debug and everything on handle debug and post payment came through with SUCCESS..I received the confirmation email from Paypal but no download information came through. It did however, show up in the thank you letter. Where should I look next?
thanks…

The download link is supposed to be in the email that is sent from the plugin. Do you get an email from the plugin; in addition to the one from PayPal? If not, then you need to painstakingly go through the debug checklist @admin earlier referenced.

Do the debug logs mention anything about sending an email to the buyer?

MemberThe log did reference sending the email…which sent me back to the g-mail address I was using when I did the test purchase. And lo and behold, it was in the SPAM folder! Anything to be done about that?
Thanks for your help so far…

ModeratorNot ending up in the spam folder is an art, not a science. Even Apple and Microsoft have that problem. Here are some relevant threads, that may give you some ideas:
