eStore – Not receive the serial by combining two products in one package

I created a package with two products: one pdf and other excel document. The excel document requires a key to open. When you download only excel, the plugin works fine and email client is the key. But to download the pdf and excel in a package, the key is not displayed in the mail client after receiving the payment. Any solutions?

What version of eStore are you using?

Are you using a bundle product setup like this?

Yes, I have used this modality. The fact is that if you buy the excel (key required) and another product independently, the e-mail received by the client correctly with the key opening. But if purchased in a package the key is not shown.

Thank you, I have made some improvements recently for how the serial key works with a packaged/bundled product setup so I think that should help.
