eStore – not able to change button image for Auth.net ARB

I’m trying to sell two membership levels using the Payment Gateway Bundle/Auth.net but I’m only given the option for a generic “Subscribe” button. I’d like to use my own designed button, how do I do this? I see how I can for PayPal but not Auth.net.
