eStore – Missing pull down menu and Add to Cart button

I am getting a few customers stating they cannot see the “Add to Cart” button or the pull down menu I configured as one of the variations. I’m pretty sure it’s their browser or missing java I guess. Is there a list of actions I can have them try to fix the problem?

I told the last person to download Firefox because he was using IE.

All the various buttons shown by the eStore plugin work on all browsers. We test them on a regular basis. It could be that your theme is introducing some CSS and JavaScript errors which is contributing to this.

Everything works fine on my browsers and I test it on Firefox, IE, and Chrome. I do have the latest browser upgrades and any Java upgrades.

I hear that iPad isn’t working and someone told me their IE didn’t work.

Doesn’t matter to me, I just want to put a blurb on there about some known issues and how to work around them.

I took at look at your site with 3 separate browsers (Chrome/FF/IE) and I can successfully see the “Add To Cart” and drop down variation boxes.

As a side note: Your site is showing the following javascript errors and warnings which you might want to talk to your theme designer about so you can fix them:
