    Hello again,

    I have a question and despite the fact i have search on the forum i didn’t find my answer

    In this scenario, the user must create a free account before he can checkout a product. In this case, i sell a product using eStore manual gateway and on the ckeckout form, the buyer can modify his email addresse. I run a test and change the email addresse (that is not the one used for creating the free member account). The confirmation email don’t go to the mail box of the free member . Worst, the member don’t have any history movement when he watches his account.

    Is there a solution for this? is the same happen if the user uses paypal as payment (as he can use a different email address too)

    Hello let me see if I understand your question.

    First you have to confirm that the free account has been created. Then if the customer changes the e-mail address in the checkout, their account must be updated as well and a confirmation e-mail address must be sent to the member and the administrator.

    Have you entered a return URL? Have you enabled the following WP eStore >> Settings >> Payment Gateway Settings >> Manual Off-line /Checkout Settings >> Automatically Update Customer & Products Database?

    What other options have you enabled?

    Hello

    Well very simple, at the end of the procédure, the email address entered during the checkout (who is not the same use for the user’s account) receive email confirmation for sending cash. When the admin confirm he received the money, the user account is updated and he can see on the new transaction in his history

    That’s because your plugin use the id and not the email address , very smart ;-)

    I don’t want to use Automatically Update Customer & Products Database because my client will sell ebooks , and with this option the buyer will receive the ebook before he send the money right?
