When I attempt to mark a manual purchase order paid and click “save,” I get a blank screen under the “Edit Order” tab in the admin area, and the order will not update to paid status.

Using WPeStore, eMembers, and Order Manager plugins.
Have you tried deactivating and reinstalling a fresh copy of the eStore plugin and the order management addon? Also, when you get the “blank page,” are there any notable status or address bar messages? Any error message you see?

I am still having the same results after re-installing a fresh build. No error messages. Just a blank screen.
There can be a number of things which can cause the “white screen of death”.
Some include:
– an error in your wp-config.php file
– your PHP memory has been exhausted
– DB issues
– theme issues
– plugin issues
Let’s first try eliminating the possibility that it is another plugin or your theme.
Please revert to the standard wordpress theme (ie, not your child theme) and also perform the conflict tests as per this link:
