eStore – Fancy1 and 2 not displaying full height

I’m attempting to use the shortcode: [wp_eStore_category_products_fancy id=1 style=1 order=1] (or fancy 2) to display the product description along with the product name and price. Viewing the page reveals all products from the category, but each is too short and barely shows the top edge of the thumbnail.

If I change the shortcode to use fancy 3 the thumbnail shows properly.

Please help figure out how I can use Fancy 1 for this site.

When looking at the first link, in most cases I do not see the thumbnail image – only an empty box.

Which version of eStore are you using?

Try loading a fresh copy the plugin first:

Then check the theme/plugin conflict test below to see if something is causing this behaviour:
