I’m currently using “fancy 2” with eStore version 7.2.7
word press v 4.5.3 theme twenty twelve
I just saw “fancy 10” offered on the “Stylish Product Displays” eStore page and I can’t get it to work on my site. I have the short code plug in installed, how do I get fancy 10 to work? The downloadable pdf doesn’t seem to have “fancy 10” on it, where does it exist? Do I have to change all listings to fancy 10 just to see how it looks? I also have other issues with no record of sales, no record of customers in spite of sales but want to tackle this first…

You mean you have the Extra Shortcodes Addon, installed and activated?

Are you using the correct shortcode format?

Sometimes, jQuery conflicts may cause issues:

July 7, 2016 at 8:48 am #73629fofaMemberHi there!
Yes, I have the shortcodes addon since January 2016 installed and activated.
I tried the code using “10” as per the fancy format, so ..must be the last option. I have no idea what “jquery” is even after reading the forum post. This is beyond my knowledge and can’t even remotely imagine myself being capable of figuring it out lol. If there is an “idiot fix”, I’m all ears.
Thanks for the response!
July 8, 2016 at 2:57 am #73630adminKeymasterJust to be sure, delete the currently installed copy of the extra shortcodes addon. Then download a fresh new copy from our site and then install it.
Does the shortcode work after that?
Please copy and paste the full shortcode that you are using so I can inspect it to make sure there is no typo in there. Did you copy the shortcode from the shortcodes list PDF file?
July 9, 2016 at 7:56 pm #73631fofaMemberHi! I had originally copied the shortcode straight from the pdf file and tried that, but now with uninstalling the plugin from January and reinstalling a fresh copy, it’s working. I guess I should have tried that but thought it was something else. Thanks so much for your help. I’ll try to simply insert the “10” where a “2” is now and see if I can do a fast fast redo.
Thanks agina!!!!! SOLVED!
