I have just installed WP eStore and given it a pretty good workout, but am having a couple of issues.
First is that shortcodes fancy 1 and 2 work just fine in IE9 and chrome 17.0.963.56 m, but 3-10 do not work at all. They are not listed in the dropdown box and do not work when I add them to the page.
Second, in IE the shortcode icon on the taskbar is not clickable – does not work at all – just dead.
Am entering these on ‘pages’, not ‘posts’ if that makes a difference.
Have done searches and read as much as I can find and can’t solve this one. Have even played with the code to see if maybe there’s typos on the shortcode download pdf.
I am using WP version 3.3.1 and Theme Twenty Eleven 1.3, Plugin WP eStore, Thetheimageslider (this problem happened before i put in image slider–it is my workaround for not having fancy shortcode10). Am using ANHosting.
Do I need to buy something else to get the rest of the fancy shortcodes? I’d really like to have the shortcodes, because if I decide to make changes later, it will be a bear to change both a slider and the product itself.
TIA,
Marjorie Busby

The additional images do not show in the lightbox, although they do show below the thumbnail image. Somehow clicking on them targets them to a new page. I just can’t find anymore settings to change to make it work. Here’s the URL:

Can I size the lightbox so that it is 400 x 400px? I really do want this to work. If it doesn’t, I might as well ditch eStore and write it all from scratch. This is beginning to get discouraging as I am still having trouble with my cart even though all those settings worked in OpenCart but not here – so not much is working so far.
February 25, 2012 at 11:37 pm #42328adminKeymasterMost of the times lightbox will stop working when you have Jquery conflicts on your page. I can see that a plugin or theme on your site is including an older version of JQuery (this can cause conflicts). Full details here:
I am referring to the following line of HTML code on your page:
<script type=’text/javascript’ src=’https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.6.4/jquery.min.js?ver=1.6.4′></script>
I could tell you more if I can look at the fancy displays on your page but when I go to the page URL that you shared I don’t see any fancy displays.

fancy1 and 2 OK, fancy3 to 10 not working.
Maybe “Extra WP eStore Shortcodes” is needed, but where to download the plugin ?
Thanks.
July 3, 2012 at 12:18 am #42330PeterMemberYes you will need the extra shortcodes plugin which you can download from here:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/download-addons.php
If you read the page that explains what the extra shortcodes plugin is, you will see that it tells you how to get it too:
