I sell digital goods to which i offer 3 months free updates. In my current shop, after the user purchases a product, he can login to his download panel and for the next 90 days he can download the product for free.
Is there a way to do this in wp estore ? After registration, the customer can purchase the product and he will have access in his customer download panel to download the product(s) for the next three months.
Thank You.

Essentially, you create a page, similar to the Tips & Tricks HQ update request page. As long as their purchase record is in the customer database, they can request new download links be sent to their email address.

It’s only for the first 90 days, after that the customer must purchase the product again. It would be perfect to have a customer download panel, where the customer after login can see the products he purchased, the available update period and a download link for that product if the update period is still valid.
Also an option to send emails to people who purchased a product would be nice,to let them know that the product has been updated.
Thank you.

It then becomes the buyer’s personal responsibility not to lose the email containing the links. This allows them to download the updated item using that same link any time upto 90 days.
Another approach, is to combine the purchase with a 90 day eMember subscription to a membership level that has a product download page. If you want to do user management, you need a membership plugin.
You would have to send the emails using the email provider that you use. The plugin is capable of giving you a list of email addresses of the customers.
Most people use an autoresponder like MailChimp to maintain a mailing list of who purchased your products, so that you can notify them later about updates via MailChimp:
