I am running the latest versions of WordPress (3.5.1), eStore (6.9.6. and am using the latest version of the Pro Framework theme (1.8.3).
I have created a coupon code for $5 off with a condition that the Total Amount must be greater than $19.99 (e.g. $5 off $20 or more order).
This appears to work normally except in this scenario there appears to be a bug:
1) Visitor adds multiple items to the Cart to meet the Total Amount criteria
2) Visitor adds the coupon which is applied successfully
3) Visitor then removes an item to bring the total below the Total Amount threshold. The discount continues to be applied when it should not, even at the point of checkout via PayPal. (In my case, a single item with a price of $19.95 would then sell for $14.95 when it should not.)
Let me know if there is any further detail you need from me to address this.
Thanks!
June 7, 2013 at 6:55 am #55999adminKeymasterThat shouldn’t happen. You haven’t manually changed the advanced config file of estore plugin and enabled the ability to stack coupon right?
Please share a link to the page where you have your products and tell me what I can do there to recreate and see the issue.
June 16, 2013 at 6:18 pm #56000stevecoombesMemberI have made no changes to the config files other than what settings are available through the Dashboard.
Here is a link to the store page where I have this issue:
Do this to recreate the issue:
1) Try adding two different items each in the price range of $10 to $19.95 to the cart.
2) Add coupon code 5OFF20
3) Remove one of the items (to bring the total below $20)
4) Notice the cart price still allows the $5 discount although the coupon code only should apply for a Total Amount greater than $19.99 ($20 or more)
I have double-checked that the coupon still requires the condition Total Amount greater than $19.99.
June 17, 2013 at 1:30 am #56001adminKeymasterYou seem to have a bit of caching issue going on. It looks like you are using the W3 Total Cache plugin. Have you done the following?

June 17, 2013 at 2:10 am #56002stevecoombesMemberI had not completed those steps previously. However, after completing those steps I still have the issue. Here’s what I have done so far:
– Added the three Rejected Cookies
– Ensured Enable HTTP (gzip) compression is on in the Browser Cache
– Disabled Object Caching
– Emptied All Caches
– Started a new Incognito session of Chrome
– Repeated the steps above – the coupon still does not honor the Total Amount restriction
June 18, 2013 at 5:01 am #56003adminKeymasterThank you. I found an issue in the plugin code. I have addressed this issue now and sent you an updated copy of the plugin.
