estore – coupon not working with Pay Now

Hi,

I’d like to offer a discount based on the number of translations ordered.

Something like 1-3 translations 0% discount

4-8 translations 15% discount

I configured it but it doesn’t work; when I select the quantity and proceed with “buy now” the price shown in Paypal is without discount.

Am I missing some options in the configuration?

checked: When checked your customers will automatically get discounts in their shopping cart according to the conditions specified below.

#1) You mean you want the plugin the know what transactions the customer did in the past then apply a discount based on that?

#2) Or do you mean if they have 1-3 quantity/items in the shopping cart (when checking out), they should get a discount?

Number #1 can’t be done as we do anonymous checkout (hence there is no login required for the checkout). So the cart doesn’t know who is checking out and how many transactions they may have done in the past.

Number #2: if they have 4-8 quantity/items in the shopping cart (when checking out), they should get 15% discount

Please share a link to the page where I can go and add some items to the cart to see the behavior.

What is your coupon code that you put in the “Coupon Code to Apply” field? Did you add additional condition in that coupon’s configuration?

Looks like you are using Buy Now type buttons there. The coupon can only be applied in the shopping cart. So you need to use add to cart type buttons if you want to use discount coupons
