eStore – Coupon is applied when cart is reloaded

I have a problem with a coupon that should be automatically added when a certain amount of products are in there. the automatic setting is fired when the subtotal reaches a certain amount. everything works fine when i reload the cart twice, BUT it doesn’t on the initial loading of the cart. Is there a way to get this working?

Please share a link to the product/cart page and what we have to do so we can try adding the products and see the issue for ourselves.

The problem is still there – automatic coupon gets active every now and then.

It looks like you have done some custom tweaking with the add to cart buttons. I am not sure if the form is getting submitted the standard way eStore add to cart form submit works. Can you create another test product then place an add to cart button for this product on a test WordPress page then share the link of this page so I can see how a “non- tweaked” add to cart works with this.

Also, your website is not in English so if you can explain what needs to be done to see the issue, it will help us. For example, tell us what should we click and what should we see. This way we will know what part is not working as expected.

The add to cart buttons are just grouped based on product, operating system and language – not tweaked any further.

on the right side you see a price and »Jetzt kaufen« below that you could choose windows or mac, and select german or english. After this selection you see the add to cart buttons. If you now add three products to your card a coupon should be activated – which will be visible in the cart with a green text underneath the total. Most of the time there is a red text stating that the requirements for the coupon are not met (even though they are). If you reload the page (and make sure there are only three items in the cart) the coupon is activated. The same happens on the cart-page – [http://simile.tv/filme/warenkorb/]

Unfortunately reloading the Plugin did’t solve the problem.

The Condition is:

Subtotal Amount – Is greater than – 596.00

Apply Coupon Automatically for Sub-total Over – 596.00

Does the coupon (that you are applying automatically to give the discount) have another condition on it?
